Requirements

8 or more years of experience leading enterprise software product management across the full development lifecycle.

Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial network design applications.

Experience with telecommunications architectures including Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) and fiber networks.

Experience in translating complex customer behaviors into precise Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.

Experience with guiding software engineering and quality assurance units within multi-team Agile frameworks.

Experience with formulating technical product requirements for internal operational enterprise tools.

Excellent communication skills to navigate cross-functional dependencies and articulate technical problem spaces.
Responsibilities

Direct the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial conceptualization through final software delivery.

Serve as the dedicated product owner for enterprise-grade network design, drafting, and catalog management ecosystems.

Formulate comprehensive user stories, define strict acceptance criteria, and generate related product reporting.

Architect innovative process approaches by analyzing how system changes impact technical and operational end customers.

Dive deeply into technical considerations to establish clear product requirements for engineering and testing units.

Navigate complex cross-functional dependencies to continuously deliver incremental value despite ambiguous requirements.

Partner directly with large enterprise organizations to align expected user experiences with overall business strategies.
