Senior C++ Robotics Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior C++ Robotics Software Engineer with experience in regulated medical device development to design and develop production-ready software for robotic-assisted surgical systems. The engineer will ramp up quickly, work within an Agile team, and deliver high-quality, safety-critical software.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop C++ software for robotic medical devices

• Work on Linux-based systems using modern software engineering practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, PM)

• Follow SDLC, Agile, and Quality Management System (QMS) processes

• Write documentation and participate in code reviews and testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of C++ and object-oriented programming experience

• Experience in regulated medical device software development

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Agile/SDLC processes

Preferred:

• Robotics or surgical systems experience

• Qt/QML, Docker, CI/CD

• Medical imaging, computer vision, or algorithm development
