Focus

·         Provide executive operational leadership across multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

·         Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and other operational leaders.

·         Strengthen operational processes that improve consistency, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

·         Build an engaged, high performing culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.

·         Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and field leadership while ensuring exceptional project execution.

·         Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and operational planning.

·         Monitor project performance, resource allocation, scheduling, and operational priorities across multiple active projects.

·         Champion safety, quality, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Skill Set

·         Extensive leadership experience within commercial construction operations.

·         Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent commercial construction projects and operational teams.

·         Background leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership within a growing organization.

·         Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship building skills.

·         Ability to establish operational systems that drive efficiency and accountability.

·         Proven success developing high performing teams and mentoring future leaders.

·         Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build long term partnerships.

·         High degree of integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.

·         Commercial drywall or commercial interior specialty construction experience is required.

·         Experience supporting organizational growth, operational scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives is strongly preferred.
