Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of data-focused technical projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience working with technical teams, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

The candidate will work closely with engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.
  • Identify, document, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, project stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
  • Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation, requirements, decisions, action items, and project artifacts.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage project activities, documentation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Support Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate project KPIs, milestones, risks, and overall program health.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve project processes, reporting, and delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent technical documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
