Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop, validate, and maintain statistical models, machine learning solutions, and forecasting models.
Design and support experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference analyses.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for business and technical stakeholders.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using modern data engineering tools.
Support data governance initiatives, including data quality, metadata management, and stewardship practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.

5+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
Experience working in privacy, compliance, risk, governance, or regulated environments.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, NumPy, or similar.
Understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, causal inference, and experimental design.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Spark, or related technologies.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, metadata management, and data stewardship.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
