Job Title: Human Resources/Training - HR Coordinator
Location: 1001 Sunset Boulevard, Rocklin, CA 95765
Schedule: Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thur onsite
Duration: 6+ months
Pay rate: $30/hr. - $35/hr. on W2
HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work.
- Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Responsibilities: Answer telephones and transfer them to appropriate staff members. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but are not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules. Collect and maintain PC inventory. Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Other duties as assigned. 3-5 years of experience- Details about the work environment (team, independent, etc.)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN:
- HR Generalist Experience preferred
- Hands on experience with E-Verify, completing, auditing and supporting questions related to I-9 for new employees as well as reverifications for existing staff.
- Customer Service/ Employee facing roles-looking for someone who has customer focus and positive communication skills
- Experience working in a ticketing system, as well as answering inbound employee inquiries related to I-9 completion is preferred.
- Comments for Suppliers: I-9 processing/HR Generalist experience preferred
