EMT International is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our Contract Manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and building high-quality equipment, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and machine components while working alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver customized equipment for our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electrical subassemblies
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings
  • Install sensors, controllers, circuit boards, and other electrical components
  • Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring
  • Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and calibration
  • Safely power up equipment and verify proper operation
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Identify and resolve electrical issues while maintaining high quality standards
  • Document assembly processes and testing results

What We're Looking For

  • Technical degree or electrical training preferred
  • 1-2 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Experience using electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting electrical systems
  • Basic computer skills; ERP/MRP experience is a plus
