Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst / Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead cross-functional digital and enterprise initiatives across ERP-adjacent, finance, data, and security domains.

This role requires a professional who can bridge business stakeholders and global IT teams, drive Agile delivery, manage product backlogs and release cycles, and lead compliance and vendor initiatives (ISO 27001, RFP lifecycle, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Delivery

  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery

Agile & Project Management

  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Drive release planning and roadmap execution across multiple teams
  • Track delivery using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), SharePoint
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure on-time and high-quality releases

Stakeholder & Global Team Management

  • Act as liaison between business, IT, architecture, and leadership teams
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across US, EU, and APAC regions
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership

Vendor Management & RFP

  • Lead end-to-end RFP lifecycle (vendor evaluation, scoring, selection)
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery alignment

Security & Compliance

  • Support or lead initiatives related to ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with security teams to evaluate and implement cloud security tools (Google Cloud Platform/AWS/Azure)

Process Improvement & PMO Governance

  • Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma principles
  • Establish and enhance PMO governance, reporting, and workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • 12–15+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Project Management
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps delivery environments
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and release planning
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), SharePoint, Power Apps
  • Experience managing global/distributed teams
  • Experience in vendor management and RFP processes
  • Exposure to security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
