 - This is a large transformational project in strategic account
- Task: Refactor apps into Public Sector Solutions from existing Salesforce custom org in addition to previous Outsystems implementation.
- Start date assumes background investigation and CAC card will take place in parallel with project work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required due to frequent engagement with CTO, Pentagon leadership, and business stakeholders.
   Ability to work collaboratively to deliver on project goals and solve problems.

- SKILLS.

   General BA experience with PSS, Omni, case management, and portals.
   Develop/manage user stories and PBIs for non-functional requirements.
   Develop/manage process flows.  
   Accomplish functional build (configure declarative features) during sprint.
   Develop/present functional sprint demos.
   Participate in UAT bug resolution
