Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud as well as the Platform
Complete the configuration for user stories with hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including Flows, Sharing Rules, workflows, validation rules, security controls, and other configuration features.
Work with client and end users to gather, understand, define and analyze business requirements.
Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with developers or other business analysts to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
Participate in key meetings with clients, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
