Position : Technical Project lead (FullStack development background)

Hybrid: 3 Days WFO Hybrid Only Locals

Duration: Long term contract

ROLE OVERVIEW
A hands-on technical lead who owns end-to-end delivery of the CSoI migration to Mosaiq. Acts as the bridge between client business stakeholders and the offshore engineering pod translating regulatory-capital requirements into a clear technical plan, tracking execution in JIRA, and keeping the Mosaiq platform team and client aligned on scope, risk and timeline while providing day-to-day technical direction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
8+ years in software delivery, including cloud / Kubernetes migrations
Strong requirement analysis & stakeholder communication skills
Proficient with JIRA / Confluence and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery
Technical depth in application architecture, data migration & CI/CD
Able to lead and review the work of an offshore developer team

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own delivery plan, scope & milestones; track execution in JIRA (boards, sprints, burndown)
Translate requirements into technical work items & acceptance criteria
Primary liaison to Mosaiq platform team & stakeholders; report status, risks & dependencies
Provide technical direction on Mosaiq K8s/Helm deployment, OKTA auth & Bamboo CI/CD
Steer Oracle PostgreSQL migration approach, data reconciliation & parity testing
Govern offshore delivery: code reviews, quality gates & cutover readiness
