· The CRM Architect provides architecture leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 serving as the core backend for the Trust Fund Portal (TFP) and related applications.
· Dynamics 365 operates as the system of record for donor and partner management, agreements, contributions, allocations, and workflow orchestration.
· Angular-based frontend applications consume CRM services through defined APIs and integration layers.
· The role designs scalable, secure, and extensible Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with Trust Fund lifecycle processes.
· Responsibilities include governance of data models, custom entities, workflows, and Power Platform components while maintaining appropriate configuration versus customization balance. The Architect defines ALM standards across environments and governs solution deployment practices.
· The role oversees integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial systems, reporting platforms, document management systems, external partner systems, and Azure AD.
· This includes defining secure API strategies using Dataverse and Azure services and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
· The CRM Architect operates within the Enterprise Architecture framework and is accountable for CRM domain scalability, governance, modernization, and alignment with Trust Fund platform strategy.

Essential Job Functions:
• Lead design of multiple simultaneous projects, develop and maintain core architectural constructs, provide architectural leadership to relevant teams from various location across the globe
• Communicate critical technical choices, specify requirements and constraints for design and implementation, and provide input for scoping the level effort for development projects
• Provide a long-term vision for the platform, taking into account changes in technology within the context of ITS current implementation and our feature roadmap
• Advise on deployment strategies for new features and components, assessing if rollout plans are safe, progressive, and reversible
• In-depth understanding of the business environment, its processes and complexities of the corporation and apply the knowledge towards the proposed work program.
• Design and validate solutions that are practical, flexible, scalable, reusable, and strategic

· Architect solutions across multiple IT environments and Business system components, envision solution for projects / programs / applications
• Research, evaluate, and select from existing and emerging technologies the options best fitting business and IT strategic needs
• Interact with the Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Platform teams to ensure that solutions are built in adherence with the defined enterprise standards
• Manage daily technical challenges and communicate with management if there are any risks or issues
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and tools being used to improve IT development and delivery
· Coordinate effort within different IT groups like Enterprise Architecture, Office of Information Security, Data Management Office as and when needed.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant field
• Experience in the design and delivery of enterprise architecture products and artifacts
• Levels II and III: Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with clients in multiple domains and executed multi-year projects working in a multi-vendor environment.
• Up to date with new trends, best practices and range of tools used in projects and applications.
