Job Description
We are seeking a Senior iOS Mobile Developer to join a high-performing Application Engineering team focused on building and enhancing enterprise-grade mobile applications for iPhone and iPad platforms. This role plays a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that support connected and digital vehicle experiences for a global user base.
On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric mobile solutions. You will contribute across the full application lifecycle — from architecture and development to testing, release, and maintenance — while helping drive improvements in performance, security, localization, and maintainability.
This role is ideal for a senior mobile engineer who is passionate about clean architecture, performance optimization, mobile security standards, and delivering applications that serve users across multiple regions and markets.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Improve and evolve mobile application architecture to support scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices.
- Perform unit testing and support automated testing frameworks (XCUI).
- Debug and resolve performance issues, memory leaks, and technical defects.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON services, and third-party libraries.
- Support CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and Fastlane.
- Implement mobile security best practices and adhere to data protection standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance using profiling and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with App Store submission policies and guidelines.
Required Experience / Skills
- 7+ years of experience in native iOS mobile development.
- Strong expertise in Swift, Objective-C, and SwiftUI.
- Experience working with XCode and modern development environments.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
- Experience building and maintaining frameworks using CocoaPods and Swift Packages.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git and GitLab.
- Experience with unit and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of mobile security standards and best practices.
- Experience localizing applications for global audiences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Bluetooth integrations (Core Bluetooth, Digital Key, iAP2).
- Experience building reusable SDKs or shared frameworks.
- Familiarity with feature flag implementation.
- Experience using SonarQube or similar code quality tools.
- Experience integrating CMS-driven content within mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile and Test-Driven Development environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
