UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for Designers to join a cross-functional team supporting

Key Responsibilities

1. UX StrategyContribute to defining the target-state UX vision and operating principlesfor FX Program Trading

• Help reduce workflow fragmentation, context switching, and inefficiencies across trader and client journeys

• Translate business goals into clear experience principles and design directions

2. Product & Interaction Design

• Design end-to-end workflows for trading, monitoring, and decision-making experiences

• Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs for:

• Gateway enhancements

• AI-assisted trading interactions

• Client-facing portals

• Ensure usability in high-density, real-time, data-rich environments

3. AI-Assisted Experience Design

• Design AI-supported interactions, including:

• Explainable recommendations

• Guided actions

• Workflow orchestration

• Incorporate trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop controls

4. Systems Thinking & Design Standards

• Contribute to design systems, components, and governance

• Define patterns for:

• Data visualization

• Alerts and exceptions

• State handling and responsiveness

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and platform stakeholders

• Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions

• Translate requirements into implementation-ready design artifacts

• Support delivery teams through handoff and iteration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating:

• Complex workflows

• Data-heavy or enterprise platforms

• End-to-end product thinking

• Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product + Engineering)

• Ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience contributing to or working with design systems
