Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical oversight and governance for System Integrator (SI) partner Development and QA teams. The role involves ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and oversight to SI partner Development and QA teams.
Review and validate solution design, code quality, and test coverage.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and engineering best practices.
Coordinate build, integration, testing, and release activities across teams.
Identify technical risks, defects, and dependencies; drive timely resolution.
Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery alignment.
Validate release readiness, environment promotions, and production deployments.
Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy, Duck Creek Author, and Express 2.0.
Hands-on expertise in C#, Angular, .NET Core, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience leading enterprise application development and QA governance.
Strong understanding of SDLC, integration testing, and release management.
