SAP Functional SD Consultant
Position Summary:
Join CVS Health as an SAP Functional Consultant and play a pivotal role in driving our finance transformation initiatives. In this position, you will translate business requirements into the SAP system using the SAP IMG for the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and ensure seamless integration with FICO. You will also act as a business analyst, gathering and documenting functional requirements, and collaborating with technical leads, developers, QA, and business colleagues throughout the system development life cycle to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Provide expert guidance on the standard functionality of the SD module.
· Assist in preliminary project estimations and prepare supporting documentation.
· Conduct project requirements gathering sessions.
· Prepare detailed functional requirements documents.
· Collaborate with developers to design solutions when the IMG configuration is insufficient.
· Review and approve QA test plans to ensure comprehensive testing of all scenarios. Support QA testing as needed.
· Work with the SAP Security team to ensure proper authorizations for designed solutions.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of five (5) years of SAP configuration experience in the SD module and experience gathering functional requirements with business partners.
· Integration experience of SD with Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with COPA, Banking, Treasury, Cash application, Collections, Dispute Management.
· Knowledge of basic accounting (debits and credits).
· Familiarity with ABAP language and debugger.
· Experience with S/4 HANA, Native HANA, Fiori, SLT, ODATA-based web services, and SAP cloud platform.
