Job Summary

As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques. You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworks
  • Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection
  • Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets
  • Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes
  • Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches
  • Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Exposure to AI/ML testing tools
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
