Key Responsibilities & Skills
Provide AMS and Production Support for Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM), including application monitoring, incident management, issue resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), enhancement requests, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations in production environments.
Analyze integration failures, perform RCA, resolve production issues, and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
Manage application incidents, service requests, and change/enhancement requests while maintaining SLA commitments.
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, including App Driven, Scheduled, File-Based, and Orchestration integrations.
Configure and support OIC adapters such as REST, SOAP, Oracle SCM, Oracle Financials, FTP/SFTP, ATP Database, and other enterprise adapters.
Support integrations with external systems including EDI, Salesforce (SFDC), and third-party applications.
Develop and support API-based and FBDI solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, XSLT, XML, and JSON for data transformation.
Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and automation functionalities in Oracle ERP/SCM.
Perform deployment and migration activities across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validate end-to-end business processes after Oracle quarterly updates.
Gather business requirements, prepare technical/functional design documents, and provide technical solutions.
Perform integration monitoring using OIC Monitoring and Tracking and optimize integration performance.
Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and project managers.
