Job Description: Seeking a Radio Engineer to support P25 radio programming for public safety communications. The role focuses on two-way radio systems, encryption, and integration with Motorola/Kenwood technologies. Hybrid onsite coordination is required with in-person work two days per week.
5 Key Skills (technical):
- P25 Radio Programming (Motorola/Kenwood) Required
- Military/Public Safety/Radio Communications experience
- Two-way radio system experience
- P25 encryption experience/KMF (AES)
- Strong troubleshooting and system integration for voice/data
