Summary
Role: IAM Consultant
Location: Remote

IAM Consultant
1.Responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting Broadcom SSO/VIP Authentication Hub and all associated Single SignOn (SSO) services to ensure secure, seamless, and uninterrupted authentication experiences for enterprise users and integrated applications.
2.Deliver advanced L3 support, including indepth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex authentication, SSO, federation, and multifactor authentication issues across enterprise environments.
3.Architect, configure, and onboard new applications and services into the SSO ecosystem, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards, identity governance policies, and regulatory compliance.
4.Perform system upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and configuration enhancements to maintain high platform availability, optimal performance, and strong security posture.
5. Work closely with security architects and engineering teams to enhance authentication mechanisms, enforce identity governance best practices, and contribute to the evolution of enterprise identity and access management (IAM) frameworks.
6. Development & Enhancements (Java + Microservices)
Design and develop custom enhancements, automation components, and integration services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Build and improve RESTful APIs and service layers supporting authentication workflows, user provisioning, audit logging, and security policy enforcement.
Develop custom plugins, adapters, or connectors for SSO/VIP integration scenarios.
Implement continuous improvements, performance optimization, and feature enhancements for authentication-related services.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize and deploy microservices using Docker/Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
7.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams, operational workflows, and integration guidelines.
