Summary

Review and assess the regular releases of Infor Public Sector software to determine the proper plan for applying to the Caltrans environments
Analyze patches or version upgrades, their applicability to the Caltrans environment and the impact on current users. Make recommendations on
patching and detailed plans for installing and validating the patches.
Install software upgrades, updates and patches across the various Infor IPS non-production and production instances (e.g. Development, Test,
Training and Production).
Provide test plans and/or test execution after patching or upgrades. Document processes or procedures for patching.
Documented best practices for patching IPS
Documented process for applying patches and upgrades
Application of patches and upgrades according to the process.
Environment Configuration plan shall provide specific and measurable targe
for patching frequency given the IPS software release model, for both on premise and SAAS components.
Environment patching and upgrades applied successfully with no critical or high defects outstanding.
