Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Project Manager to lead Identity and Access Management initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IAM projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure access management solutions are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage IAM implementation and enhancement projects.
· Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for IAM integrations.
· Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables.
· Oversee implementation of Identity Governance and Access Management solutions.
· Work with stakeholders to define access policies, authentication, and authorization requirements.
· Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
· Support IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Azure AD.
· Facilitate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management processes.
· Ensure smooth deployment of SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management solutions.
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
· Experience managing IAM implementation projects.
· Knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Identity Governance.
· Experience with IAM tools like Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Azure AD.
· Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
· Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
