Job Role: Service now Architect or Lead
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow development and implementation projects.
- Strong experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.
- Work with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Collaborate with clients and business teams to understand requirements.
