We're Hiring: CE Ops Project / Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced CE Ops Project / Program Manager to support U.S. Customer Engagement Operations within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of speaker programs, advisory boards, financial operations, and vendor workflows, while partnering closely with Compliance, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and external vendors such as IQVIA.
This is a hands-on operational role ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise systems, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and brings strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Financial & Contracting Operations
- Manage CE Ops financial processes including monthly accruals, reporting, POs, and vendor invoices
- Submit and manage Work Orders and Change Orders via CPAF
- Review PO requests for accurate GL, WBS, and cost center coding
- Partner with FP&A, Procurement, and IT Security on approvals, PENs, and vendor assessments
- Track PO lifecycle and support manual closures via SPARC
Speaker Program & Venue Review Operations
- Own the end-to-end Venue Review process using Smartsheet
- Apply compliance and business rules for venue approvals
- Maintain Approved / Do-Not-Use venue lists
- Update Centris and communicate changes to IQVIA
- Send standardized approval/denial communications to field teams
Advisory Board & Consulting Support
- Support HCP contracting workflows
- Manage advisory board and consulting financial trackers
- Submit accruals and reporting to FP&A
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the operational liaison across CE Ops, Compliance, Procurement, FP&A, IT Security, and vendors
- Ensure data privacy and compliance alignment (PIAs, ITSAs)
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
What We're Looking For
Required
- 6+ years of project or program management experience in commercial ops, medical ops, or regulated environments
- Strong hands-on experience with financial operations (POs, accruals, vendor management)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools such as SAP (or similar ERP), Smartsheet, SharePoint
Preferred
- Pharma or biotech industry experience
- Familiarity with speaker programs, HCP contracting, and compliance processes
- Experience working with IQVIA
- Exposure to IT security and data privacy assessments (PIAs / ITSAs)
