Summary

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer accounts and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Contact merchants to resolve account issues and collect required information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement products and services accurately and on time.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or conflicting documentation.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Track and manage work using Excel and internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with subject matter experts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to merchants/customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Previous experience in account review, customer service, operations, banking, or compliance.
  • AML/Compliance experience is a plus but not required.
