Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer accounts and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Contact merchants to resolve account issues and collect required information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement products and services accurately and on time.
- Investigate and resolve missing or conflicting documentation.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and audit-ready documentation.
- Track and manage work using Excel and internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with subject matter experts.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to merchants/customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Previous experience in account review, customer service, operations, banking, or compliance.
- AML/Compliance experience is a plus but not required.
