Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee vendor execution and ensure successful delivery of a complex IT implementation project. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and overall project quality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor performance against contract scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations
Establish and maintain a structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and issue escalation
Identify project risks and drive corrective actions with vendors and stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation vendor
Support implementation of a custom case management system
Coordinate migration of data from a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience with direct vendor oversight
Proven experience managing complex IT/software implementation projects
PMP and Agile certifications are required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations
Experience working with WebLogic environments
