Role: EDI Specialist- Client Success Team
Location: Remote (United States)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
Hours: 40 hours per week; no overtime or weekend work expected
Duration: Contract through mid-January 2027
Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Team – EDI Specialist to join a dynamic client-facing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the implementation and account support lifecycle.
This role serves as a key partner to clients, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support while building strong relationships and providing proactive solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, technology-savvy, and eager to learn.
This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot issues, manage account activities, and support EDI-related processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage new end-user client engagement activities, including implementation support and ongoing account management.
- Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to ensure successful client adoption and satisfaction.
- Quickly learn and leverage company technology, tools, processes, and best practices to support client implementations.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships by understanding business objectives and providing consultative support.
- Assist clients throughout the implementation process using strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills.
- Investigate and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, implementation activities, and support requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 1–3 years of experience within the HCM industry or supporting SaaS/web-based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success, Customer Support, or related client-facing role.
- Experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
- Knowledge of 834 files and benefits enrollment data transactions.
- Experience supporting software implementations and client onboarding initiatives.
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
