Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate the accuracy of upgrades and transactions submitted by Field and Inside Account teams.
  • Create and build renewal and service quotes in Salesforce CPQ/SFDC.
  • Review contractual and installed-base information to ensure quotes are accurate before being provided to the sales team.
  • Work closely with Renewal, Sales, and Finance teams to align upgrades and contracts with existing renewal dates.
  • Verify pricing, product, contract, and account data using internal systems and tools.
  • Support installed-base requests from the field and sales organization.
  • Build and update renewal opportunities in Salesforce with corresponding quotes.
  • Identify and resolve data or process issues that could create roadblocks to on-time renewals.
  • Support reporting and data-related projects designed to improve renewal operations and visibility.
  • Help develop consistent and effective renewal processes and reporting structures.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across a large volume of transactions.
  • Communicate clearly with Sales and Renewal teams regarding quote accuracy, discrepancies, and required actions.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and processes while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Analyze account and contractual information.
  • Review installed-base data.
  • Build and validate Salesforce CPQ quotes.
  • Ensure pricing and product information is accurate.
  • Align contracts and upgrades to existing renewal dates.
  • Identify discrepancies and roadblocks before quotes reach the sales team.
  • Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Finance to ensure efficient and consistent renewal execution.
  • Support reporting and process-improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewal Operations, Sales Support, Contract Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience is required.
  • Must have personally created/built quotes in Salesforce CPQ/SFDC, not simply viewed, approved, or reported on quotes.
  • Strong Salesforce aptitude and ability to work with customer, contract, product, and pricing data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions and requests simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous and continuously changing environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with renewals, support contracts, subscriptions, or recurring-revenue operations.
  • Experience managing an installed base or inventory-related data.
  • Experience supporting Sales or Renewal Representatives.
  • Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with subscription services operations.
  • Experience working with Finance teams on pricing, contract, or renewal data.
  • Familiarity with SOX/compliance-oriented processes and reporting.
