Job#: 3019318 Job Description: Infrastructure Project ManagerThe Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure-focused projects - including IT systems, data centers, and physical infrastructure - on time and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, oversees budgets, defines scope, and ensures clear communication with stakeholders. The PM drives projects from initiation through close while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational readiness.
Essential Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set timelines, and allocate resources.
- Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily project activities, track progress, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as liaison with clients, vendors, and internal teams; provide regular updates and manage expectations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide technical and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external suppliers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Produce project documentation, review requirements, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications / Education- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)
Experience- Required: 5-10 years of IT experience in a Project Manager role
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- Required: Experience with enterprise infrastructure systems
