Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week at the client location

- 10+ years of experience in Mainframe/Application Development
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, and DB2
- Strong experience in Application Modernization
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Language migration
- Integrating Mainframe applications with non-Mainframe environments using APIs
- Application optimization/modernization
- Java or Python integration with Mainframe environments
- Financial Services / Banking experience, preferably Cash Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work onsite 4 days per week
Candidates should have practical experience modernizing legacy Mainframe applications, including migration, API integration, optimization, or leveraging modern technologies such as Java/Python alongside Mainframe systems.
