Lead Consultant – Manhattan WMS

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Manhattan WMS and Warehouse Management operations. The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 support, resolve incidents and service requests, collaborate with warehouse operators and business stakeholders, and coordinate effectively with offshore teams. This role requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Manhattan WMS production environments.
Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
Troubleshoot and analyze warehouse operational issues.
Utilize SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support warehouse operators and business users with system-related concerns.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

8+ years of experience with Manhattan WMS.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain operations.
Hands-on experience providing L2/Application Support.
Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Experience handling incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large-scale warehouse or distribution center environments.
Exposure to onsite-offshore support models.
Knowledge of inventory, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
