Position- Salesforce Data Analyst/Administrator, Local

Location- Merrimack, NH or Covington, KY

Type- W2///Hybrid (Remote every other week)

• Experience with enterprise analytics tools, Excel-based data analysis, and structured or semi-structured data is also desired.
• Candidates should have experience working with large datasets, relational databases, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Data Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, data governance, and systems analysis to help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• The position focuses on partnering with business and technology teams to understand strategic needs, analyze complex data relationships, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Responsibilities include managing data quality initiatives, identifying root causes of data issues, supporting integrations across enterprise systems, and helping establish governance standards and best practices. 
• Strong analytical skills, data mapping experience, and the ability to communicate actionable insights are important for success in this role.
• Salesforce administration experience and Salesforce Administrator certification are considered a plus, but not required. The role also values strong documentation skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and business impact.

Must Have:

• Strong data analytics background with experience analysing large datasets.
• Capability to follow data flows and understand complex data relationships.
• Data quality expertise.
• Data governance experience.
• Root cause analysis skills to identify behavioural, process, system, or integration drivers of poor data quality.
• Systems-thinking approach to assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts.
• Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems and tools such as ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
