Job Description – AI Developer (AWS Native QA Agents)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered QA Agents using AWS-native services. The role involves building intelligent agents to automate software testing, improve test coverage, and streamline quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered QA agents using AWS-native services.
  • Build autonomous agents for test case generation, execution, and defect analysis.
  • Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into QA workflows.
  • Leverage AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, and other relevant AWS components.
  • Develop APIs and integrate AI agents with existing testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI agent performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams to enhance test automation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and Lambda.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of software testing and QA automation concepts.
