Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Data Manager to lead enterprise-level data architecture, governance, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, establishing strong data governance frameworks, and managing ETL pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & Strategy
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data architecture solutions.
Define data models, standards, and best practices for structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Data Governance & Quality
Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems.
Define data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, and data lineage.
ETL & Data Integration
Lead the design and implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate data from multiple sources including transactional systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor data engineers, analysts, and architects.
Partner with IT, analytics, security, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Provide technical leadership on data modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
Work closely with security teams to implement access controls and data protection measures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data management roles.
Strong experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Hands-on expertise with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database technologies (RDBMS & NoSQL).
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing enterprise data platforms and large-scale data environments.
Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern analytics architectures.
Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
