Quality Assurance Analyst 
Location: Boston, MA or Woodbridge, NJ
QA manual, ALM, and Insurance.  Must be local to NJ or MA. Willing to go onsite for the final round. 
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst or Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at our MA OR NJ office

 

Desired Skills
 8–10 years of software testing experience and/or Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience.
 Experience with OpenText Quality Center/ALM (formerly HP ALM) for requirements, test case, and defect management.
 Experience with data testing, including writing SQL queries and working with XML and other structured data formats.
 Experience using Generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve software testing activities, including test case generation, test data creation, documentation, and productivity.
 Understanding of AI-assisted testing concepts and the ability to evaluate and validate AI- generated testing artifacts.
 Familiarity with test automation frameworks and AI-enhanced testing tools is a plus.
 Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred.
 Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
 Self-starter with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
