  • Participate in implementing basic data quality checks and validations to help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business partners to understand data requirements and how technical solutions support business needs
  • Learn how data flows are documented, including transformations, metadata, and business rules, to support transparency and shared understanding across teams
  • Gain exposure to data governance, security, and compliance concepts and how they are applied in an enterprise data environment
  • Engage with team members through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to support learning and professional growth
  • Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
  • Work alongside and be coached by members of your team
  • Engage with leaders across the company

What do I need to be successful?

  • Basic understanding of SQL and introductory exposure to a programming language such as Python
  • Interest in data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling
  • Exposure to or coursework involving databases, data warehouses, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Snowflake) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management skills.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
