Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital CM Architect to lead assessment, architecture, and migration planning for Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse schemas, connectors, and integrations. The role will be responsible for inventory and assessment of existing assets, solution architecture, migration approach, environment strategy, ALM, CI/CD, packaging, dependency analysis, runbooks, cutover planning, application rationalization, and testing coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform architectures, tenant-to-tenant migration patterns, Azure AD / Entra ID and licensing, and data migration best practices, with the ability to deliver technically sound migration strategies with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory and assess Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse schemas, connectors, and integration
- Perform assessment and classification of existing assets
- Create solution architecture and migration approach, including environment strategy, ALM, CI/CD, packaging, and dependency mapping
- Define migration sequencing, technical dependencies, runbooks, and cutover strategies
- Coordinate application rationalization, technical validation, and testing activities
- Ensure migration design supports security, licensing, governance, and minimal business disruption
- Work with delivery, engineering, and business teams to support implementation and transition planning
Required Experience
- 10+ years of architecture, solution design, or migration experience in Power Platform, digital platforms, or M365 environments
Strong experience in:
- Power Platform architecture
- Asset assessment and classification
- Tenant-to-tenant migration planning
- Environment strategy, ALM, and CI/CD
- Packaging and dependency management
- Runbooks, cutover planning, and testing coordination
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, licensing, and data migration best practices
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs
Required Skills
- Strong architecture and technical design capability
- Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to identify migration risks, architecture dependencies, and business impacts
- Ability to guide teams through assessment, migration design, testing, and cutover activities
Nice to Have
- Experience in enterprise M365 transformation programs
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and operational readiness controls
- Experience supporting platform rationalization and modernization programs
