Job Title: Sitecore Architect / Lead Sitecore

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sitecore Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and at least 7 years of recent handson Sitecore expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Sitecore architecture, headless implementations, SXA, Helix, and Azure deployments, along with strong frontend development skills in React.js, Next.js, and microservices. This is a handson role requiring both architectural leadership and active development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Sitecore solutions in line with best practices and enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Lead discussions with customer architects on Sitecore architecture and solutioning.

• Guide and mentor development teams, review work for adherence to Sitecore best practices (Helix, SXA).

• Perform handson development when required, including troubleshooting production issues and resolving within SLAs.

• Drive Sitecore upgrades, integrations, and customizations.

• Ensure smooth deployments on Azure and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD automation.

• Leverage Sitecore Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools for insights.

• Provide thought leadership, solution design, and technical direction for Sitecore implementation programs.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in Sitecore.

• 2+ years of recent handson experience in Sitecore headless architecture.

• 1+ years of recent handson experience with Sitecore 10.x.

• Certified on Sitecore 10, XM Cloud, or Sitecore AI CMS developer.

• Preferably recognized as a Sitecore MVP in recent years.

• Expertise in Sitecore architecture, SXA, Helix, search solutions, upgrades, and Azure deployments.

• Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for headless implementations.

• Experience with microservices and platformagnostic cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Vercel for frontend deployments.

• Exposure to DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerization.

• Familiarity with Sitecore AI, Sitecore Analytics, and Google Analytics.
