StaffRight Associates is seeking a high-caliber strategic leader to revolutionize supply chain and inventory landscape. In this pivotal role, you will steer the entire lifecycle of material flow—from initial vendor selection to final product distribution.

You aren’t just managing a department; you are the architect of a resilient, sustainable, and high-velocity supply network that directly fuels our competitive edge and long-term financial health.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect comprehensive vendor ecosystems by scouting, qualifying, and managing top-tier suppliers to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Champion New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles by verifying supplier throughput and securing critical materials to meet aggressive launch timelines.

  • Mitigate enterprise risk through the execution of robust contingency frameworks, including the diversification of sourcing channels.

  • Synchronize multi-departmental efforts across Sales, Finance, and Operations to harmonize production capacity with evolving market demand.

  • Optimize global logistics frameworks to streamline inbound transport while maintaining strict adherence to international trade statutes.

  • Drive corporate social responsibility by embedding ethical sourcing standards and environmental governance into every procurement strategy.

  • Maximize working capital by implementing sophisticated inventory controls that balance lean principles with high-demand availability.

  • Synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights that refine forecasting accuracy and propel continuous process maturation.

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring a high-achieving team focused on cross-functional synergy and personal accountability.


What You Bring

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent technical discipline.

  • Proven Track Record: At least 7 years of progressive experience spearheading materials management, procurement, and inventory strategy within a complex manufacturing environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in ERP/MRP architectures and advanced data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making.

  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify supply chain vulnerabilities and engineer creative solutions to maintain operational continuity.

  • Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the innate ability to influence stakeholders and lead diverse teams toward shared objectives.
