Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services we offer to clients. As a Project Manager, you will join our Business Transformation practice. Our Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change, and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project and Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery management for multiple EA initiatives, including SharePoint development, ServiceNow configuration, integrations, and agent rollout
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams
Manage activity backlog, resource assignments, and project team delivery and deliverables
Document and manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and project communications with clear escalation paths
Serve as primary delivery point of contact for Enterprise Architecture leadership, platform owners, and contributing teams
Facilitate working sessions, design reviews, sprint reviews, release management, and steering updates
Coordinate activities across designers, developers, architects, platform teams, and vendors/contractors
Track delivery against defined success metrics and acceptance criteria
Ensure readiness for UAT, production deployment, and operational handoff
Produce concise executive-level status reporting (schedule, scope, risks, dependencies, decisions)

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
