Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a mandatory ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including custom application development, scripting, integrations, Flow Designer, and platform customization. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions, implementing enhancements, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and platform customizations.

• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.

• Build, configure, and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and enhance existing functionality, primarily within ITSM and related applications.

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance guidelines.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal system performance.

• Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification – Mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

• Proven experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.

• Strong expertise with Flow Designer, Flow Actions, Subflows, and process automation.

• Experience building and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules, with ITSM experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB concepts, security, and platform performance considerations.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow applications

• Experience with IntegrationHub Spokes and custom integrations

• Knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder

• Experience with Source Control and DevOps practices
