Job Description

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python-based AI/ML, agentic AI frameworks, and RAG architectures, and a proven ability to deliver production-grade, compliant AI systems that power secure, scalable backend services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML systems with agentic capabilities for reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step workflows.

  • Build and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines, including Graph RAG, using vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and hybrid retrieval.

  • Develop Python-based microservices and APIs that expose AI/ML model functionality to downstream applications.

  • Integrate and orchestrate agents using LangGraph and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized context and tool interoperability.

  • Design memory systems and contextual state management for agent continuity and long-running workflows.

  • Implement evaluation pipelines, prompt strategies, guardrails, and monitoring to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

  • Apply Model Risk Management practices across the AI lifecycle, including validation, explainability, bias detection, monitoring, and documentation.

  • Design and develop production-grade Python services and deploy containerized applications on OpenShift with manifests, services, routes, and secrets.

  • Remediate vulnerabilities in Python dependencies, container images, and OpenShift configurations, and automate deployments via CI/CD.

  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, UI developers, DevOps, and security/compliance stakeholders to productionize model capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and building scalable AI/ML systems and APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, especially LangGraph, and familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Proven experience designing advanced RAG architectures, including Graph RAG.

  • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

  • Track record deploying LLM-powered production systems with guardrails and evaluation pipelines.

  • Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search and semantic retrieval systems.

  • Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

  • Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, memory architectures, and multi-agent collaboration.

  • Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps including CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

  • Working knowledge of Model Risk Management frameworks, governance, validation, and lifecycle controls.

  • Familiarity with AI safety and alignment, human-in-the-loop systems, bias mitigation, and explainability tools.

  • Proficiency with GitHub, VS Code, JIRA, and modern engineering workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Agile environments delivering RAG and LLM solutions.

  • Experience deploying and operating applications on OpenShift and integrating with Angular front-end applications.
