Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as the primary skills.
• Working knowledge and experience in Marketing Cloud as a secondary skill.
• Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a scalable CRM solution.
• Working knowledge in data migration and enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, and third-party tools).
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g., functional lead, work-stream lead).
• Experience working with top-tier enterprise IT services and consulting organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategy and roadmap building for Salesforce features, functionalities, and future releases.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions primarily across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with secondary integration into Marketing Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
2. Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
3. Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.
5. Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
6. Provide technical leadership, architectural oversight, and mentorship to development, administration, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Evaluate emerging Salesforce core features, platform upgrades, and industry best practices to recommend continuous platform improvements.
