Summary

Global Sales Plays Manager (GTM Program Manager)

Fully remote and long-term contract opening for a Global Sales Plays Manager to support strategic Go-To-Market initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment. This role will drive end-to-end execution of Sales Plays aligned to global and regional sales priorities while partnering closely with Sales, GTM, Industry teams, and Pipeline Progression stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of Sales Play programs from planning through delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, and business stakeholders
  • Drive sales activation initiatives aligned to regional priorities
  • Track KPIs, reporting dashboards, and pipeline impact metrics
  • Prepare executive-level updates, reports, and presentations
  • Identify process improvements and best practices across programs

Required Experience

  • Strong program/project management experience
  • Background supporting GTM, sales strategy, sales enablement, or revenue operations initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional enterprise programs
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Experience with reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
  • SaaS or enterprise technology industry experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations
  • Familiarity with sales play execution or pipeline acceleration programs
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms and GTM operations
