We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead with a passion for exploring AI frameworks and implementing AI-driven concepts to build innovative Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong leadership capabilities, and an eagerness to integrate artificial intelligence into enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions integrating AI capabilities
⦁ Drive AI innovation by exploring and implementing AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem
⦁ Provide hands-on development and code reviews to ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainability
⦁ Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
⦁ Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced technical solutions
⦁ Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, etc.) and emerging AI/ML technologies
⦁ Champion the adoption of AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows
⦁ Ensure solution quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standards
Required Qualifications:
