Location: Remote, with minimal travel to Chicago a few times a year for meetings

Rate : $75/hr on 1099 ( All Inclusive )

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce architecture, Fonteva, and integration/data architecture. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, improve platform integrity, reduce technical debt, and support implementation and modernization initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce and Fonteva solution architecture and technical design.
- Design secure, scalable integrations and data flows across multiple systems.
- Support membership management, renewals, dues, billing, payments, and related business processes.
- Evaluate existing customizations and recommend solutions to reduce technical debt.
- Support implementation, modernization, and migration initiatives.
- Maintain architecture documentation and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Communicate complex technical designs clearly to business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Architect experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
- Hands-on Fonteva exposure.
- Strong integration and data architecture experience.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Association, nonprofit, or healthcare industry experience.
- Membership dues, billing, and payment processing experience.
- Salesforce modernization and technical debt reduction experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect.
Technologies
Salesforce, Fonteva, Experience Cloud, Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar CI/CD tools, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
