What You''ll Do

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business challenges.
Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Develop scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML solutions.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

What We''re Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI model deployment.
Experience with SQL and working with structured and unstructured data.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production environments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
Knowledge of vector databases and AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
