Position: HRIS Analyst
Location: Boston, MA-Hybrid

HRIS Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience supporting workforce analytics, HR operations, workforce management, business operations, performance improvement, or a related function.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience using pivot tables and analyzing complex datasets.
Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools, with Power BI strongly preferred.
Experience working with payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, staffing, productivity, or other workforce-related data and processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate data to leadership audiences.
Healthcare or similarly complex operational environment experience is preferred.
Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to provide work samples demonstrating dashboard development, data-driven presentations, and Excel analysis is preferred.
