Your Role
The International Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leading data analytics, reporting, data governance, and process improvement initiatives that support international business operations and strategic decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop actionable insights, optimize processes, and support system and partner integration activities. The position serves as a subject matter expert for reporting, data quality, and operational analytics while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Impact
Lead reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives supporting business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting for operational and leadership teams.
Analyze data to identify trends, business opportunities, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Establish and maintain data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards.
Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Partner with business and IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation projects.
Document business requirements, workflows, and operational processes to support scalable solutions.
Support onboarding and integration of new partners, markets, and business initiatives.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Provide analytical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and business stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business analysis, or data management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong business process documentation and process mapping skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools to continuously improve processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems.
Experience working with PLM / VAS
Knowledge of data governance and master data management practices.
Experience supporting global operations, partner integrations, or system implementations.
Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, data observability platforms, or LLM-based solutions) to improve analytical workflows and operational efficiency.
