URGENT REQUIREMENT
Position: MES Implementation Support with Japanese Language a must to have
Location: De Soto, KS
Duration: Long term
Mandatory:
- Japanese and English proficiency
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support go-live and implementation of MES integrated with automated conveyance systems
- Coordinate technically with conveyance vendors and resolve related issues
- Align requirements with production and business departments
- Support transition from testing phase to production/live operation
- Troubleshoot issues and stabilize operations after go-live
- Conduct user training and operational education
Required Skills:
- Experience with MES implementation or manufacturing system deployment
- Knowledge/experience with automated conveyance systems (AGV, etc.)
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills across multiple stakeholders
- Business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing industry experience (especially factory launch/start-up projects)
- Experience leading system implementation projects
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability
