Position: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Contract: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for a federal/government client. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader with deep Salesforce expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers.
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Platform
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visual force
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Prior experience supporting federal or government projects.
